Ordering
It's very simple to order your product on-line at
Bayouland Crafts, L.L.C.

After you have found the item(s) that you would
like to purchase, simply place the quantity that you desire in the check box next to the
product description.
Next, click the "Add" button which adds
your selected item(s) to the shopping cart. In a few seconds, you will receive a
notice that your selected item(s) have been added to the Shopping Cart.
In a moment, you will be taken back to the last
page you visited
You may continue to shop. At anytime during
the process you may review your order or check-out by clicking the "Shopping
Cart" logo found below the product listing.
Check-Out
After you have finished shopping at Bayouland
Crafts and are ready to finalize your order, just click on the "Shopping Cart"
logo.
You will then be taken to the Order/Inquiry Page.
This page will show the item(s) that you have ordered, plus will request needed
information from you for us to process your order.
Please be sure to fill out ALL the required information.
Be sure to enter a valid email address. You send receive an email confirmation to your
mailbox concerning your order.
Information submitted by you will never be sold, traded, or given out to anyone. We value
your privacy as much as our own.
Payment
Options
We accept Master Card, Visa, Checks, and Money Orders as payment.
If using a credit card, just fill out all the
required information. Your credit card information is safe here at Bayouland Crafts.
ALL your information will be sent to us via a secure server and will be encrypted for privacy. In other
words, no one will be able to steal your information during the order process.
If you are paying by Check or Money Order, you may
go ahead and submit your order to us. We will hold your order awaiting your payment.
Your order will then be sent to us (encrypted) for us to process.
Please Note
Please note that "Total Order Amount" does not
include shipping and handling, and taxes, if applicable. This cannot be
calculated until the "Submit Order" button has been clicked. The
"Total Order Amount" with shipping and taxes will be reflected on the
confirmation page. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation which will be a copy
of your order.

After you have submitted your order to us you will
be taken to the "Thank You" page. You will receive a confirmation message,

You may then return to
the main store front if desired.
Check your email box. If you used a valid email
address when filling out your information, you will find a copy of your order in your
mailbox.
Shipping
- Ground shipments - We will select the most economical and
efficient method of shipment for you.
- Express Delivery -
Need your order fast? For special needs, gift giving, etc., when you need it extra
fast, we offer express delivery options. Please
complete the order. In the "Additional Notes Regarding This Order"
section, please note your request for express delivery. You will be notified by
e-mail of the additional shipping charges, prior to shipping.
- Shipping to all 48 Contiguous States. We ship to all of the 48 Contiguous
States. For orders outside the 48 Contiguous State or
International Orders, please complete the order, you will be notified by e-mail of the
additional shipping charges, prior to shipping.
Returns
Our return policy is simple. Bayouland Crafts and
it's vendors wants you to be satisfied totally.
We have a thirty day guarantee on all items you order from Bayouland Crafts. The
thirty days begins the day the item was shipped. Should you not be happy with
anything you order from us, please feel free to return it for a replacement, full refund
or credit with us, less shipping and handling, whichever you prefer. There will be a
90 day expiration on any credit you have with us.
Should anything you order
from Bayouland Crafts arrive damaged, please e-mail or fax us AT ONCE. We will contact the shipper immediately to resolve the
claim. We will contact you by E-mail as to what to do.
You will receive an order
acknowledgment with your order. Should you have to return an item for any reason,
please include this with your return. Please note on the acknowledgment whether you
wish to have the item replaced, a refund, or credit.
