A craft store supplies a wide variety of craft supplies for many different types of arts and crafts. Fine art painting supplies including high quality paint and canvas as well as brushes can easily be found as well as other harder to find art supplies. They often stock plenty of textiles and fabrics for many different sewing crafts.

There is a craft store located in most cities and towns. Large metropolitan areas often have a few stores to choose from, many of which specialize in certain areas of crafts from fine art to sewing. The larger the store the easier it will be to find interesting materials and ideas for the countless number of crafts that exist.

A craft store is also a great place to get craft ideas. The staff at most of these places is friendly and heavily involved with crafts. They can make suggestions, offer advice, and even give wonderful ideas and tips often for free. There are also many craft books that can be found which illustrate many different and exiting crafts.
